There are not enough adjectives to describe the fantastic service we received from SDREAI and our agent Tiffany Abbiate. The woman is truly a MasterCard commercial – priceless! When my husband and I were forced into a short sale due to the economy, our mortgage broker actually recommended Tiffany to us. I called her & introduced myself and from that moment on we hit the floor running. Tiffany walked us through the stages of a short sale, what to expect, things to do, how to do it and she never once made us feel like idiots. She was prompt, professional, always returned calls & emails quickly. She was always two steps ahead of anything. Yes, another 5 stars… because they are great! We were one of the many who purchased a home in the height of the market and needed to get out. “short sale kurt’ was recommended to us through some friends who also had a great experience with them. Kurt walked us through the short sale process, letting us know what to expect and who we should talk to before we decide to go this route. Our Agent was Nicole Furlong and she did an outstanding job! The process to get approval and sell our home took quite a while, but to no fault of this company. (We were one of the first people to go through one of the new government programs) Actually I can say with confidence that it is because of Nicole, and her DAILY calls to stay on top of our lame bank that we closed as soon as we did. Unfortunately, like many others, I bought a condo downtown over 5 years ago that was completely underwater and needed to do a Short Sale. From the very beginning Kurt walked us through the process and clearly outlined the pros and cons, ensuring that we made the best informed decision we could before starting the process.
Once we were ready, Tiffany took over and walked us through every step of the way until we closed less than 4 months later. Tiffany was our personal advocate and always kept our best interests in mind….and as a result, the process was quick (or I should say quicker than most), and efficient. Even when the 1st and 2nd buyers dropped out…she was ready with another one and worked diligently with the bank to ensure the process was not interrupted.

Nicole Furlong was my real estate agent when looking for a home earlier this year (January 2010). Nicole was referred to me by a few friends from church. Nicole was great to work with. She was punctual, easy to talk to, and I really felt like she had my best interest in mind. When looking at homes together she gave good insight and advice that I never would have thought of when looking at a home (for example, the value of things; how she really recommended a garage, whether it is a good value or not, etc.) Nicole was also easy to get a hold of and would answer our phone calls or return them right away. I was very new to this real estate business, and she was very patient with explaining the terminology and processes (especially with short sales!).
I think overall, I trusted Nicole and her advice and I found her to be an honest real estate agent who cared more about helping us find the right home (rather than pressuring us into buying more expensive homes). In the end, she helped us to get our house just 2.5 months after we started looking. She knew what our budget was and what kind of areas we were interested in and helped us with that. We currently live in a condo in NORTH PARK and we love the place!!!!!!!!!!Since then, I have referred Nicole to another friend and that friend is currently in escrow, and that friend says great things about Nicole too! I would definitely continue to refer Nicole to my other friends. Besides myself, I know 3 other friends Nicole has helped with house hunting and all have had POSITIVE experiences with her. If I looked for a new home, I would definitely choose Nicole as my agent again. ^_^

My husband and I recently purchased a condo a few months ago and we couldn’t have been happier using Nicole Furlong as our realtor. Initially, I was a bit nervous because Nicole is a friend of ours and I didn’t want “doing business” to have a negative effect on our relationship, however, I know her work ethic so we decided to move forward. With that said, I had no idea the amount of work it was going to take for her to ensure the sale. Every possible thing that could have gone wrong (on the seller’s end) to delay the process happened. There were points where we weren’t sure if we were even going to get the place. Nicole always handled the pressure in the most professional manner and always reassured us by being on top of every detail. I’m sure it was frustrating for her to deal w/at times, but we never felt that from her. She was honest, but very comforting when explaining the “delays.” Because this was our first time buying a home there was a lot that we did not understand. Nicole was extremely good at breaking everything down in a way that we understood. Her communication w/us throughout the whole process made everything smooth sailing. We were never left questioning what something meant and if we didn’t understand we were able to contact her right away and get an answer. Although she was working w/other clients at the time we always felt as if we were priority. There were times that she met w/us on her off hours and went out of her way to make things happen. If anything, I feel this strengthened our relationship because I saw how hard she fought for us to get our place. I felt as if she wanted us to get our place just as bad if not more than we did. I’ve recommended friends to Nicole in the past and they’ve always been extremely happy w/their results. I think the difference between Nicole and the average realtor out there is that she truly cares about the people she’s working with and not just the sale. I will continue to recommend Nicole to anyone I know looking for a realtor. She is confident, experienced, caring, knowledgeable, and works harder than any realtor I know…she was a huge blessing to work with. I also want to add that when I came to the office to meet w/Becky she was extremely pleasant as well. The whole office was very warm and inviting and we really appreciated that.

I can’t say enough about my experience with SDREI and Kurt Wannebo as they made, what seemed nearly impossible at the time, happen. Unfortunately, I found myself in the position of many Americans where I owned a beautiful home in an ugly market. After buying near the peak of the market and owning for 3 years, I was at a point that I knew I needed to sell before values plummeted any further. I worked with another agent prior to Kurt and was instrumental in my own demise by letting him list the property at a price that was just too high for market conditions. Once the value fell below what I owed on the property, I knew I was really in trouble and needed to do something fast. The problem is that “fast” is not a word that came close to describing any “short-sale” process that was just starting to become prevalent in real estate in 2008. What I needed was someone that knew how the process worked and how to negotiate with the lenders to establish a price that everyone could work with. Let me tell you this… With the right expectations set and the right relationships and expertise in place… My head literally spun at how quickly my home was sold. I remember having Kurt lay the ground-work with my lenders first to determine how the property would need to be marketed. Once that was established, he produced three offers in just a few days. A day or two later, I had a cash offer on my place that wanted to close escrow in 10 days. (This is what I mean by “head-spinning”: I was in Seattle when I got the news and when I returned I had to pack up and move out… which while sudden, was just what I needed) Kurt and SDREAI did an excellent job and I can also say that I referred him to a couple of friends at the time and they had nothing short of the same experience!

There are not enough adjectives to describe the fantastic service we received from SDREAI and our agent Tiffany Abbiate. The woman is truly a MasterCard commercial – priceless! When my husband and I were forced into a short sale due to the economy, our mortgage broker actually recommended Tiffany to us. I called her & introduced myself and from that moment on we hit the floor running. Tiffany walked us through the stages of a short sale, what to expect, things to do, how to do it and she never once made us feel like idiots. She was prompt, professional, always returned calls & emails quickly. She was always two steps ahead of anything. Even when we had a couple of buyers walk she was always positive & reassuring that another buyer would be right around the corner. She worked like a real champ in getting Chase to approve our short sale when we finally found the “right” buyers. Her sense of humor kept me going on the days I wanted to give up. There is nothing “short or fast” in a short sale!
Tiffany always kept us informed of what was going on with the bank, our buyers, the sale, etc. In fact many times she would call or email me before I could even ask another question. Her customer service is top notch in a world where customer service has fallen off the face of the Earth. She is an expert in short sales & foreclosures, and stuck with us through closing. Truly a wonderful agent. In fact, we had such a wonderful experience with her – during the worst time ever for us – that we are now using her & SDREAI again to help us buy a new home!

Yes, another 5 stars… because they are great! We were one of the many who purchased a home in the height of the market and needed to get out. “short sale kurt’ was recommended to us through some friends who also had a great experience with them. Kurt walked us through the short sale process, letting us know what to expect and who we should talk to before we decide to go this route. Our Agent was Nicole Furlong and she did an outstanding job! The process to get approval and sell our home took quite a while, but to no fault of this company. (We were one of the first people to go through one of the new government programs) Actually I can say with confidence that it is because of Nicole, and her DAILY calls to stay on top of our lame bank that we closed as soon as we did. She pushed our file through the banks endless hoops and stayed on top of what was needed – she was easy to get a hold of (even while on vacation!) and always returned calls and emails in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable in this process and gave great insight into decision making.

Similar to other reviews – I can’t say enough positive things about SDREAI – specifically Tiffany Abbiate and Kurt!!!
Unfortunately, like many others, I bought a condo downtown over 5 years ago that was completely underwater and needed to do a Short Sale. From the very beginning Kurt walked us through the process and clearly outlined the pros and cons, ensuring that we made the best informed decision we could before starting the process.
Once we were ready, Tiffany took over and walked us through every step of the way until we closed less than 4 months later. Tiffany was our personal advocate and always kept our best interests in mind….and as a result, the process was quick (or I should say quicker than most), and efficient. Even when the 1st and 2nd buyers dropped out…she was ready with another one and worked diligently with the bank to ensure the process was not interrupted.
I’ve worked with multiple real estate agents in the past and SDREAI is by far the most professional, efficient, courteous, and working on your behalf all the way through the process! 5 STARS!

Whenever we had a question regarding anything, she was there to help. I also loved that she would respond to email very quickly. She’s a great communicator and very professional as well. She made purchasing our first home a fun and stress free experience.

OK I know this company has 5 Stars, so it may look fishy to some people who are looking into it. But honestly, from my experience, it deserves the 5 stars! I’d give 4 stars but I don’t think it does my real estate agent Nicole any justice. She really REALLY was an awesome agent ^_^ And to the guy who gave the company 1 STAR.. I have no idea what happened there, but don’t let his “1 star” rating scare you from giving SDREI a chance. Try meeting with Nicole once and see what happens from there ^_^ Soooo.. Here’s my thoughts/opinions!
Nicole Furlong was my real estate agent when looking for a home earlier this year (January 2010). Nicole was referred to me by a few friends from church. Nicole was great to work with. She was punctual, easy to talk to, and I really felt like she had my best interest in mind. When looking at homes together she gave good insight and advice that I never would have thought of when looking at a home (for example, the value of things; how she really recommended a garage, whether it is a good value or not, etc.) Nicole was also easy to get a hold of and would answer our phone calls or return them right away. I was very new to this real estate business, and she was very patient with explaining the terminology and processes (especially with short sales!).
I think overall, I trusted Nicole and her advice and I found her to be an honest real estate agent who cared more about helping us find the right home (rather than pressuring us into buying more expensive homes). In the end, she helped us to get our house just 2.5 months after we started looking. She knew what our budget was and what kind of areas we were interested in and helped us with that. We currently live in a condo in NORTH PARK and we love the place!!!!!!!!!!Since then, I have referred Nicole to another friend and that friend is currently in escrow, and that friend says great things about Nicole too! I would definitely continue to refer Nicole to my other friends. Besides myself, I know 3 other friends Nicole has helped with house hunting and all have had POSITIVE experiences with her. If I looked for a new home, I would definitely choose Nicole as my agent again. ^_^

My husband and I recently purchased a condo a few months ago and we couldn’t have been happier using Nicole Furlong as our realtor. Initially, I was a bit nervous because Nicole is a friend of ours and I didn’t want “doing business” to have a negative effect on our relationship, however, I know her work ethic so we decided to move forward. With that said, I had no idea the amount of work it was going to take for her to ensure the sale. Every possible thing that could have gone wrong (on the seller’s end) to delay the process happened. There were points where we weren’t sure if we were even going to get the place. Nicole always handled the pressure in the most professional manner and always reassured us by being on top of every detail. I’m sure it was frustrating for her to deal w/at times, but we never felt that from her. She was honest, but very comforting when explaining the “delays.” Because this was our first time buying a home there was a lot that we did not understand. Nicole was extremely good at breaking everything down in a way that we understood. Her communication w/us throughout the whole process made everything smooth sailing. We were never left questioning what something meant and if we didn’t understand we were able to contact her right away and get an answer. Although she was working w/other clients at the time we always felt as if we were priority. There were times that she met w/us on her off hours and went out of her way to make things happen. If anything, I feel this strengthened our relationship because I saw how hard she fought for us to get our place. I felt as if she wanted us to get our place just as bad if not more than we did. I’ve recommended friends to Nicole in the past and they’ve always been extremely happy w/their results. I think the difference between Nicole and the average realtor out there is that she truly cares about the people she’s working with and not just the sale. I will continue to recommend Nicole to anyone I know looking for a realtor. She is confident, experienced, caring, knowledgeable, and works harder than any realtor I know…she was a huge blessing to work with. I also want to add that when I came to the office to meet w/Becky she was extremely pleasant as well. The whole office was very warm and inviting and we really appreciated that.

The hubby and I were first time homebuyers and pretty much clueless when we entered the market this past January. Kurt Wannebo helped us get started on the right path and then he handed us over to the very capable Mike Hinmon. I can’t say enough about my experience with SDREI and Kurt Wannebo as they made, what seemed nearly impossible at the time, happen. Unfortunately, I found myself in the position of many Americans where I owned a beautiful home in an ugly market. After buying near the peak of the market and owning for 3 years, I was at a point that I knew I needed to sell before values plummeted any further. I worked with another agent prior to Kurt and was instrumental in my own demise by letting him list the property at a price that was just too high for market conditions. Once the value fell below what I owed on the property, I knew I was really in trouble and needed to do something fast. The problem is that “fast” is not a word that came close to describing any “short-sale” process that was just starting to become prevalent in real estate in 2008. What I needed was someone that knew how the process worked and how to negotiate with the lenders to establish a price that everyone could work with. Let me tell you this… With the right expectations set and the right relationships and expertise in place… My head literally spun at how quickly my home was sold. I remember having Kurt lay the ground-work with my lenders first to determine how the property would need to be marketed. Once that was established, he produced three offers in just a few days. A day or two later, I had a cash offer on my place that wanted to close escrow in 10 days. (This is what I mean by “head-spinning”: I was in Seattle when I got the news and when I returned I had to pack up and move out… which while sudden, was just what I needed) Kurt and SDREAI did an excellent job and I can also say that I referred him to a couple of friends at the time and they had nothing short of the same experience!
