Kurt Wannebo – Broker/CEO 

Kurt Wannebo is the innovative and a forward thinking Real Estate Broker and CEO of San Diego Real Estate and Investments. For the past 10 years Kurt has been researching and systematically creating marketing strategies to help home sellers get the absolute best exposure of their home and thus helping them get the most amount of money for the sale of their home. At the same time he has implemented the most high tech real estate tools for buyers to use, allowing them to find the home of their dreams, in a pressure free environment. Along with his team, he strives to create the best real estate experience possible by providing excellent customer as well as creating a concierge service for his buyers and sellers, which includes; paying for moving costs, offering a buyer guarantee, and many other services that many other real estate companies do not even think about offering  

 

Tiffany Abbiate – Director of Sales and Marketing

Tiffany Abbiate is a committed and passionate real estate professional who prides herself on putting her clients’ satisfaction above all else. Her determination and attention to detail allows her clients to receive first class service with the utmost integrity. Beginning her Real Estate career at the young age of 16, Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of the Real Estate Transaction. With almost 20 years of experience in different areas of the profession, her passion for the industry coupled with her vast knowledge of the complex Short Sale transaction, Tiffany’s clients continually refer their friends and family for a continued business relationship. Brian Ruhl – Listing Specialist

Brian Ruhl is among the few real estate professionals that have been handling short sales since they first appeared in this market back in 2006.  He now heads a team that is averaging 60 short sales a year. His experience combined with the excellent support that SDREAI provides gives his team the ability to offer clients unparalleled service and a 97% success rate in closing short sale deals.  Brian also handles traditional “Equity” sales and has a team that works with buyers to purchase properties and investments.  He also owns a Real Estate Investment Corporation with his business partner James Dunlop that is currently purchasing several investment properties for long term hold.  Brian resides in Downtown San Diego.  Whether you are looking to sell, short sell, or purchase a new property in the San Diego area Brian Ruhl has the experience and insider knowledge you can count on to get the deal done.

James Dunlop – Listing Specialist

James has been working in the real estate industry since 2003.  He started with an appraisal company before transitioning to a brokerage based in Chula Vista providing marketing assistance to the firm.  It wasn’t long before James realized real estate was a great fit for him and soon thereafter got his license. James has primarily focused on   short sales since they resurfaced as a big part of the San Diego market back in 2006. Since joining SDREAI in 2006, James has become a strong member of the team, a HAFA   Certified Specialist and is known to provide excellent customer service to our clients. James works on a team with Brian Ruhl which averages 60 short sales a year. James and Brian also own a Real Estate Investment Corporation where they purchase investment properties for long term holds. James is a graduate from Syracuse University; he has been living in San Diego since 2002. Felicia Jerbasi – Listing/Buyer Specialist

Felicia has been a licensed Realtor since 2004 with a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience working with buyers, sellers & investors as well as an expert short sale negotiator. Born and raised outside of Philadelphia, Pa, Felicia moved to San Diego in 1996 after graduating from Villanova University with a degree in Communication Arts. Felicia prides herself on putting her client’s needs first and always being “connected.” She wants to have a strong connection with her clients from the start, making sure they understand the process from beginning to end and knowing they are working with a true professional. Felicia’s certifications include ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative, SFR -Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, CDPE – Certified Distressed Property Expert, HAFA specialist – Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative. Mike Hinmon – Listing/Buyer Specialist

Mike Hinmon is a native Southern Californian who has called San Diego home for almost thirteen years. When not focusing on residential home sales you’ll find Mike surfing, watching movies or at the park with his wife and children.When on the clock, Mike makes himself available as a Real Estate Resource. Nicole has worked in sales and customer service for the past 15 years honing her skills in Real Estate since moving to San Diego a decade ago.  Travis Finch was raised in a family with ties to the Real Estate Industry for over 50 years and has been actively involved in many different aspects of the field.   From processing construction loans to building his own investment properties, Travis has acquired a vast array of practical knowledge.  He has been a licensed real estate agent for six years and prides himself on providing the best customer service available; Travis’ goal is to help ensure his clients have the most stress-free experience during their transaction.  A Certified HAFA specialist, Travis has been successfully closing short sales for the past 2 years. Dan Stevens – Buyer Specialist

Dan Stevens has been a real estate professional since 2001. Originally from the East Coast, he has called San Diego home since 1995. Dan enjoys working with both buyers and sellers in the residential real estate arena, but has recently concentrated his efforts on working closely with numerous buyers to find the perfect home to suit their needs. His vast knowledge of real estate sales provides his clients the confidence they need when making the important decision of buying or selling a home. On a personal note, Dan is the proud father of two young daughters and likes to golf, surf and play hockey in his “spare time”.

 

 

Becky Bensussen – Transaction Manager/Executive Assistant to Kurt Wannebo 

Becky obtained her Real Estate license in 1996 and moved to Colorado for six years to work for one of the largest Real Estate companies there. She learned about Real Estate and gained knowledge and expertise by working with more than 60 agents. Missing the beautiful ocean that she was accustomed to seeing every day she moved back to La Jolla. She has worked for many years as a transaction coordinator for more than 20 agents at a time. She learned about Real Estate contracts and disclosures since she handled more than 20 files per month. She decided to join San Diego Real Estate & Investments “Team”. Showing properties, handling contracts, website maintenance and marketing come naturally for her. 

 

Brandy Pike – Marketing Manager

Brandy has been working in the Real Estate industry for the last 7 years holding various positions ranging from Transaction Coordinator, Loan Processor and Funder, Broker’s Assistant and REO Account Manager. Brandy is currently the Marketing Manager for San Diego Real Estate & Investments and is responsible for managing and designing all marketing and advertising materials for the company and its agents. When not focusing on work, Brandy enjoys spending her time with her husband and two daughters, enjoying outdoor activities and traveling. Brandy is excited about her future and success with the SDREAI Team.
