Are You Attending A Short Sale Seminar?

I wanted to address something that a lot of people have been calling me about, and talking to me about their experience of attending a Short Sale Seminar. Now first thing I want to say is commending people on doing their research and trying to learn as much as they possibly can about short sales. The one thing that I will say though about the seminars is this; they are going to give you a lot of informative and very generic terms. Meaning, they are going to go over many of the basics of short sales and explain to you how it works in general.

But the one thing that I preach and talk about all the time is that every single short sale is completely different from somebody else. Everybody has their own set of circumstances, their own set of hardships, their own banks that they are dealing with, their own different types of structures of banks when they bought their loan, when they didn’t get their loans etc. etc. So I always tell people every short sale file is different. I’ve done almost 500 short sales up to this particular time, and I’ll tell you every single one has been completely different from the other.

One of the things that I try to do is get all of the basic information out there on my website. I have my consultation videos that you can watch here, and it walks you through all the basics. Then, what I like to do is give the people the opportunity to have a free person-to-person over the phone consultation, simply talking about their case and their circumstances. This is something you are certainly not going to receive at a seminar because there is going to be tons of people there; they are all going to have different things going on, and a million questions. While I commend somebody for considering going to a seminar or attending one; I’m here to talk with you about your specific case, answer any specific questions that you have, that are pertinent to you or your short sales, and give you an hour of dedicated time, by speaking to you one on one.
